THE ORMERE PROCESS

STEP ONE
Fill in the enquiry form to get started. Enquire at least a few months before your delivery date - spaces are limited and suites can take between 3 to 8 weeks depending on items.

STEP TWO
You’ll receive a curated questionnaire to share your vision, palette, story, and personal touches. I’ll confirm availability, your package or a bespoke quote, and outline next steps. A booking payment then secures your place in the schedule.

STEP THREE
I’ll send hand-drawn concept sketches within 1 week. Once approved, I begin painting your final illustrations - completely by hand and unique to you. This takes 1–3 weeks depending on detail. We may work item by item or the whole suite at once to be refined, depending on projects.

STEP FOUR
You’ll get two rounds of refinements for colour, wording, or layout. Once approved, your final balance is due and we prep your suite for delivery.

STEP FIVE
Receive high-res print-ready files and a detailed print + styling guide. I can liaise with your printer for a fee and advise on finishing touches like envelopes, papers, ribbons, and wax seals.
